In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership, governance, and management oversight to ensure the organization achieves its mission and stays compliant with legal and financial standards. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with the Board of Regents, Executive Committee, and Foundation Board. Overseeing mission-driven organizational goals and administrative operations. Managing financial budgets and staff effectively. Developing and implementing educational programs that add value to our members. Nurturing and expanding relationships with stakeholders such as Fellows, team members, vendors, and external affiliates. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in professional membership associations or related spaces, with a strong preference for those possessing a CAE designation. A bachelor’s degree is essential, and experience in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related fields is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for our mission, experience with both 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) organizations, and a solid track record in financial management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and diplomacy skills are crucial.
