Responsibilities: Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Assisting in a phone queue to answer customer questions about Assumptions and Subordinations. They will be expected to complete checks the same day, scan all packages the same day, and stay within SLA. There are currently 30 employees in this department, and the candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone, and email. Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.
