Catering Attendant - Lumen Field Join the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for serving guests in catered venue settings. You will be able to work in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude when serving guests in the exciting Sports and Entertainment industry. Compensation & Benefits: Union Pay Rate: $47.31 per hour Free Parking Staff meal provided each shift Pro Shop employee discount Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the event Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation adhere to Levy standards Maintain knowledge of all available menu items and products Ensure food and beverage orders are served in a timely manner Assist in event set-up and banquet functions, including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware Open and pour beer and wine for guests in catered areas Clean event areas before, during, and after the event, following company and state sanitation guidelines Complete event production logs, safety and sanitation logs, spoilage logs, inventory logs, and check-in and check-out procedures Clean, stock, and maintain catering equipment Communicate with co-workers, management, and guests in a professional and positive manner Comply with food handling, health, and sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: One (1) year of catering or restaurant equivalent experience required Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk during the entire shift Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds Possess a valid Washington State Food Handlers and MAST permit Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic I-9 employment verification Black non-slip shoes required when working Must be at least 21 years of age About Levy The disruptor in defining the sports and entertainment hospitality experience, Levy is recognized as the market leader and most critically acclaimed hospitality company in its industry.
