BOROUGH OF HAMBURG FINANCE CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Borough of Hamburg seeking part-time Finance Clerk/Administrative Assistant (30 hrs/week). Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience multi-tasking and handling diverse tasks is a plus. Knowledge of Edmunds or MSI also a plus, but will accept candidates willing to learn. Duties may include processing accounts payable, daily deposits, purchase orders, bills and other matters as determined by the Finance Officer, aiding members of the public, assisting with group projects, processing incoming mail and maintaining office supplies inventory. Municipal Government experience preferred but not required. Salary starts at $35,142.13/yearly, no benefits.
