WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PAYROLL CLERK WHO CAN SUCCESSFULLY HANDLE THE FOLLOWING DUTIES: PROCESSING PAYROLL FOR 300+ EMPLOYEES BI-WEEKLY AND PENSION PAYROLL FOR 50+ EMPLOYEES MONTHLY. UTILIZE THE PAYROLL ADJUSTMENT PER PAYDAY FOR CHANGES TO EMPLOYEE CHECKS. COMPLETE PAYROLL REPORTS AND PAYROLL TAXES PER PAYDAY AND MONTHLY. PREPARE QUARTERLY REPORTS AND W-2'S AND 1099R'S FOR DISTRIBUSTION. WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY TO ACCOMPLISH GOALS AND OBJECTIVES WITHIN DEADLINES. PROCESS MONTHLY BILLING FOR EVERY PAYROLL DEDUCTION. ADMINISTER PAYROLL AND BENEFITS SUCH AS CHANGES TO PLANS, WITHDRAWAL ASSISTANCE UPON TERMINATION AS WELL AS OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED. THE HOURS OF WORK ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM. SUCCESSFULCANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE: 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PAYROLL 2+YEARSINA CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL STRONGCOMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS SIGNIFICANTAMOUNT OF PATIENCE PROVENABILITYTOMAINTAIN HIGH LEVEL OF CONFIDENTIALITY EXCEPTIONAL MATHEMATICAL AND CALCULATION SKILLS PREFERRED: ASSOCIATE'SDEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES OR SIMILAR FIELD PREVIOUS HR EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE OF PAYROLL, GARNISHMENTS AND BENEFITS DISTRIBUTION KNOWLEDGE OF LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT LAWS
