Job Description Summary: Job Description: The Multimedia Project Specialist supports all aspects of multimedia production within the organization's studio environment, working under the direction of the Multimedia Project Manager. As the scope and volume of photo, video, and live production initiatives continue to grow, this role plays a key part in helping sustain high-quality, timely, and mission-driven visual storytelling across the Moses/Weitzman Health System. Working closely with the Multimedia Project Manager and the Communications team, this bilingual (English/Spanish) creative professional assists throughout the full production lifecycle-from pre-production planning and on-location shoots to editing and final delivery. This position helps capture authentic moments, produce engaging visual content, and support live and hybrid events that highlight CHC's people, programs, and community impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in video editing and visual production, a collaborative and service-oriented mindset, and a passion for storytelling rooted in human connection. This role strengthens the Studio's creative capacity, provides essential production continuity, and supports CHC's ability to effectively communicate its mission across internal and external platforms. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Studio Production & Workflow Support • Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of studio production workflows and best practices. • Assist with live studio productions, providing technical and creative support to ensure smooth and professional execution. • Work collaboratively with Communications and IT teams to support studio operations, equipment setup, and technical troubleshooting as needed. Project Coordination & Production Support • Assist in receiving and tracking multimedia project requests from MWHS affiliates and subsidiaries. • Support the maintenance of the studio schedule, including bookings, shoot dates, and resource coordination. • Contribute to multiple phases of multimedia projects-including pre-production preparation, on-site production support, and post-production tasks-under the guidance of the Multimedia Project Manager. Photography & Image Quality • Capture photography for organizational events, studio portraits, and program-related needs. • Support consistent image quality and brand alignment across all photography deliverables. • Edit and enhance images using professional photo editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Video Production & Editing • Assist with planning, filming, and editing video content such as interviews, staff stories, training videos, and promotional pieces. • Support various stages of video production, including setup, filming assistance, rough cuts, and final edits. • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Studio Operations & Team Collaboration • Work closely with the Multimedia Project Manager and studio team to support daily studio operations. • Assist with coordinating freelancers, vendors, or additional production support as needed. • Help ensure project assets, files, and deliverables are organized and maintained within studio systems and workflows. Marketing & Creative Collaboration • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams on visual content needs and storytelling initiatives. • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to support engaging, mission-driven multimedia content across platforms. QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years proven experience in multimedia production. Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere, and Newtek Tricaster. Familiarity with professional cameras and prosumer camcorders, various HD and SD formats, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, and storyboarding. Audio experience with small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing. Creative problem-solving in dealing with technical issues in an advanced media production facility. Sharp attention to detail, extremely organized and strong time management. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage executive leadership expectations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
