Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Project Foreman in Middlesex, NJ to lead HVAC installation crews and coordinate field activities for commercial construction projects. Impact • Drive project success through effective crew leadership and coordination • Ensure quality installations through skilled workmanship and attention to detail • Maintain project schedules by managing daily work assignments • Support team development through mentoring and training Responsibilities • Lead HVAC installation crews on commercial projects • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure proper crew staffing • Review project plans and specifications with installation teams • Conduct quality inspections and ensure code compliance • Manage material deliveries and coordinate with warehouse • Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks • Communicate with project managers on progress and issues • Train and mentor installers and apprentices Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience • Proven leadership and crew supervision skills • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation methods • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings • Excellent communication and organizational skills Nice-to-Haves • OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification • Experience with large commercial or institutional projects • Knowledge of BIM coordination and prefabrication • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and company vehicle.
