Chiropractor Wadsworth OH (20 min W of Akron) Urgently Hiring $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses FT no weekends We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our well-established integrated wellness practice in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity for a DC who is passionate about health, wellness, rehabilitation, and patient education - not just adjustments. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a multidisciplinary environment and is comfortable incorporating soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and modern therapeutic modalities into patient care. About Our Practice: Our multidisciplinary family wellness center has proudly served the Wadsworth community for nearly 20 years. We have built a strong reputation for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Our team includes Chiropractors, Medical providers, Rehabilitation specialists, Massage therapists, and Nutrition support staff. We focus on helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve long-term wellness. Responsibilities: Perform new patient exams and re-exams -Review medical history and imaging Take and review X-rays Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care and community education Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Palmer package, Gonstead, CBP, Pettibon, soft tissue), spinal and extremity rehab and various therapies and modalities Document care accurately and timely Collaborate with providers and support staff Monitor patient progress and perform reassessments Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in OH Schedule: Full time Mon- Friday (1/2 days on Tue and Fri) No Weekends Compensation $85,000 - $100,000 annually with potential for bonus and profit sharing for the right candidate Benefits: Bonus Compensation PTO/Vacation 401k match Complementary in-house healthcare and access to medical providers Fitness center membership and training Use of practice therapeutic technology i.e.) laser, sauna, pemf CE stipend Potential for future profit sharing and ownership opportunities for the right candidate If you are a Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health and function, we want to hear from you HCRC Staffing
