Job Full Description Maintenance TechnicianExpress Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established and respected local company. This role focuses on building systems maintenance, HVAC and plumbing troubleshooting to ensure the facility remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Schedule: Monday - Friday with on-call weekend rotations Compensation: $18 - $22+/hour, based on proven experience The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in maintaining building systems, solving problems independently, and providing timely maintenance support in a fast-paced environment. Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties to keep the property running safely and efficiently. This includes responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems. This role also participates in an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance and repairs as needed Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC and plumbing repairs Perform basic electrical repairs and fixture replacements Complete preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment and systems operating properly Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner Handle emergency repairs during scheduled on-call periods Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area and follow safety procedures Qualifications: Previous maintenance or facility maintenance experience required Working knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing systems Ability to perform general building repairs and troubleshooting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, dependable, and able to participate in an on-call rotation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently HOW TO APPLY Take the next step in your career and apply with Express today!
