In this job, you/u2019ll be responsible for supporting general business operations by providing various administrative support tasks to all employees, including copying, filing, data entry and basic research. You will identify, enhance and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business. You will use business software applications (e.g. word processing presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas minutes etc. As an/u00a0Administrative Services, Senior Support, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Responsibilities Provides general administrative support to a function such as data entry, copying, /ufb01ling and document preparation. Performs basic research as instructed; prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and intero/ufb03ce/u00a0Correspondence. Monitors and replenishes office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations, anticipating and addressing any needs or issues that may arise. Identi/ufb01es needs, implements solutions and maintains records for administrative, organizational, and clerical support activities. Updates and maintains databases or spreadsheets relevant to the function's operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Provides recommendations for streamlining administrative processes and implementing improvements to enhance e/ufb03ciency and productivity. Processes billings and invoices and maintains a tracking system to ensure all invoices are accounted for and processed within established timelines. Screens visitors, issues visitor badges and ensures compliance with security protocols. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, /ufb01nancial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, con/ufb01dential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Two or more years of experience performing advanced administrative and clerical functions. /u00a0 Preferred Qualifications Two or more years experience supporting electrical utility distribution service planning. One or more years of experience with Customer Service. Experience supporting multiple teams or departments. Experience and ability handling confidential information with integrity. One or more years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint folders and forms. Experience with Design Manager (DM). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented, with a track record of reliability and initiative. /u00a0 Additional Information This position/u2019s work mode is/u00a0hybrid./u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
