Full Time RoleSalary: 81,900k - 88,000k (Commensurate with experience) 5 days per week: 8am - 4pm schedule Part of the On-call manager rotation Are you an experienced Wound Care Coordinator with a passion for enriching the lives of geriatric care residents? We are looking for a stellar nurse to continue wound care necessities for high level of care as we continue to enrich the lives of our residents. What you bring to the table: Must have RN license in good standing in Illinois, will consider LPN with senior living experience Minimum 3 years industry experience Leadership and managerial experience Duties and Responsibilities: Wound Care Coordinator Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall management of the skin/wound care program Wound Care Coordinator Nurse addresses skin tears, rashes, pressure areas, changes in skin condition, follows up with new orders, treatment plans & assessments. Change plan of care as needed, communicate changes/recommendations to attending physician, staff, and families RN completes weekly wound rounds with physician and documents resident treatment plans, Completes the admission assessment, MDS data as it pertains to the program, updates care plans with each MDS assessment as needed Incident/Accident in regard to skin alterations with a follow up investigation and report as needed What we bring to the table:Highly competitive pay 401K with up to 4% employer contribution Health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as Flexible Spending Account Generous paid time off package and opportunity for PTO buy back Employee Assistance Program and Tuition reimbursement
