Key Responsibilities Conduct substance abuse assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family therapy sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of all services, assessments, and referrals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care. Facilitate crisis intervention and participate in clinical meetings. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years' experience in substance use treatment, mental health counseling, or related field. Licensure or certification as required by Indiana state regulations. Credentialing under DMHA as one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, Psychologist, Physician, APRN Or nationally recognized addiction counseling credentials (e.g., LAC, CADAC II-V, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I/II, MAC, LSW).
