About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Responsibilities: Ensuring smooth daily operations and a clean, safe office Greeting and checking in visitors and vendors Troubleshooting office issues and escalating as needed Coordinating facilities-related issues and relations Managing facility services: supplies, vendors, and office expansion Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in an Office Administration role High School Diploma / GED Experience with Admin / Clerical functions Computer savvy Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and office equipment Exceptional phone etiquette Great interpersonal and communication skills Flexible and results-driven Ability to work with minimal supervision Desired Skills: Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience with Facility Management Experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment
