Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support our sourcing team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or business management. The intern will assist with organizing and managing product samples, entering and maintaining data accuracy with product specifications, and assisting with other projects and tasks, as needed. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sourcing team to organize, label, and inventory all physical product samples into designated storage cabinets at our Compress location. Coordinate sample shipments and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and availability. Review and verify product specification data to ensure accuracy and completeness in both all sourcing spreadsheets, using a prioritized list of manufacturing partners. Assist in maintaining and expanding the product database to increase the number of items accessible through quoting tools. Request updated product quotations, as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with data and digital tools; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets preferred. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
