Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and care plans Collaborate with on-site specialists for coordinated, integrated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for state medical licensure Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Salary: $250K $275K (based on experience) Sign-on or relocation assistance available Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, CME, etc.) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (no nights or weekends) No on-call requirements
