Operations Support Specialist As an Operations Support Specialist, you will work on our Vehicle Support team, helping to manage our lending portfolio. You will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States! Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Due Date Change Processing Privacy Update Processing Transfer of Lease (Lease Assumption) Processing Check Request Processing and mailing Facilitate the mailing of customer letters and required attachments/inserts.
