Barton & Gray Mariners Club Member Services Position Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position. Responsibilities Member communications via phone, text, and email Scheduling member outings via proprietary club software Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests Harbor destination research and updating databases General administrative duties as necessary Other duties as assigned by management Required Skills & Abilities Professional demeanor Ability to multitask Detail oriented Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and writing skills Pleasant phone etiquette Ability to work independently and within team environment Excellent computer skills and effective use of CRM tools Flexible schedule, including weekends, rotating nights & holidays Education and Experience College degree or related experience Hospitality experience a plus Competence in Macintosh applications or willingness to learn Strong references
