Controller Glia Health Management is seeking a dynamic Controller to oversee and elevate our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our mission, vision, and growth. Key responsibilities include: Leading all accounting functions and ensuring compliance with GAAP, CMS, and healthcare-specific regulations Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Providing high-level revenue cycle oversight and partnering with leadership on revenue optimization Implementing and monitoring internal controls, compliance, and audit processes Supporting operational finance, capital planning, and technology integration Supervising and developing the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required); CPA or CMA preferred At least 5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role (healthcare experience strongly preferred) Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive projects to completion Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Why join Glia Health Management?
