Clinic Receptionist Join our team as a Medical Receptionist and be the welcoming voice and face of our clinic! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience, from the moment they call or walk through our doors. What You'll Do: Warmly greet and register patients. Efficiently schedule appointments and manage provider calendars. Handle all incoming calls, directing them appropriately. Accurately collect and update patient demographic/insurance info. Process co-pays and issue receipts. Maintain strict patient confidentiality. Coordinate lab and diagnostic test scheduling.
