The Human Resources Administrator serves as a critical partner in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and reporting HR data to produce actionable insights that inform business decisions. In this role, the Associate will assist in designing and implementing HR processes and procedures that enhance the Associate experience. The role also provides day to day HR support to the team and assumes responsibility for a variety of HR related tasks that ensure consistent, high quality service delivery. Bachelor's degree in business or HR-related discipline is preferred; minimum 2 years of experience, preferably working with HR-related or business analytics responsibilities. Human Resource certification preferred. K.
