Job Responsibilities: • Provide support for an OEM Automotive Digital Marketing Program through data analysis, report generation, client presentations and vendor management. • Monitor project status and open issues and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across Digital Advertising, Website, and Dealer Tools • Work with internal and external teams to maintain and improve program-specific technology • Build engaging vendor relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations. • Heavy use of Excel to churn, analyze and develop program performance reports weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. • Assist the Program Manager in making recommendations using insights from your data analysis, and present to the client as requested. • Provide analysis of product performance and services using a variety of industry leading analysis tools. • Facilitate QA process for the digital advertising, website and tools programs, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client. • Provide support in creating communication materials to help build awareness and confidence in your program include marketing, training, and reporting. • Work collaboratively with the team to identify new products or data opportunities to improve the value of the program • Work with the dealer support team on important communication initiatives and help with issue resolution Required Experience and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree required • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Marketing, Sales or related fields • Project Management and/or Account Management skills • Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience • Client support / presentation experience • Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts) • Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills test • Strong written and verbal communication, including articulating data findings and analyses • Interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship • Detail oriented, highly organized and self-motivated • Automotive experience is a plus • Understanding of the digital marketing space - Google/Meta Advertising and Website Experience • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills • Desire to innovate and manage your own projects
