We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to join our team of problem-solvers and innovators. As the AMOC Project Manager (PM), you will: Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources Ensure work standards are formulated and enforced Create and manipulate schedules to meet real-time mission priorities Review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates Lead a C4I multi-discipline team Represent the company in all matters related to the contract Assign and manage customer projects Act in direct liaison with the government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and program managers Ensure qualified personnel are available and prepared for travel to offsite locations as needed to support C4I systems and users Required Education, Experience, & Skills: 10+ years of experience in providing overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer-related fields Strong understanding of C4I systems and project management principles Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: Experience working with DHS, CBP, and AMOC systems and personnel Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
