Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapist!Job Description:- Join an innovative and dynamic team as a Physical Therapist, where your skills and dedication will help shape the future of rehabilitative care.- Direct and oversee physical therapy services with the support of a passionate team.- Coordinate and supervise departmental operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.- Administer prescribed physical agents with expertise and precision.- Take part in performance improvement activities while promoting continuous quality improvement (CQI) throughout the department.- Assist in formulating and managing the departmental budget to optimize resources.- Develop and implement a review system for accuracy and timeliness of patient billing.- Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations and protocols.Position Qualifications:- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy is preferred.- Current licensure in California as a physical therapist.- Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.- Familiarity with disease processes and their causative factors.- Understanding of the benefits and values of rehabilitative medicine and physical therapy agents.- Knowledge of infection control and sterile techniques.- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, both written and oral.- Must be a team player, maintaining confidentiality and respect towards all staff members.Position Responsibilities:- Demonstrate professional behavior both on and off duty as a representative of the organization.- Build positive relationships with patients, visitors, and colleagues.- Exhibit effective organizational and time management skills.- Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal guidance.- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to compile and organize data accurately.- Maintain organized records, providing information promptly upon request.- Communicate respectfully and clearly with all levels of staff.- Perform accurate assessments and re-assessments of all patients.- Manage patient care with a focus on safety, optimizing rehabilitation.- Develop tailored teaching plans for patients and their families.- Operate equipment safely, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the department.- Collaborate professionally with patients and families in care planning.- Document care activities to meet current standards and policies.- Train personnel through on-the-job training initiatives.Professional Requirements:- Adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.- Complete annual education and regulatory requirements.- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.- Wear identification badge while on duty.- Attend meetings as required and engage actively in professional development.Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
