Engage in 45-60 minute one-on-one conversations with fellow volunteers worldwide—no mentoring or teaching is required; just bring your curiosity and willingness to listen and share. What You'll Do: Participate in engaging 1-on-1 virtual conversations with peers globally. Select from an extensive array of prompts and icebreakers to guide your discussions. Enhance your skills in listening, sharing, and cross-cultural understanding. What You'll Gain: Improved communication and connection skills. Increased confidence in connecting with anyone, anywhere. Milestone badges, certificates, and optional training courses to showcase your progress. What You Need: Conversational proficiency in English. Reliable internet access and basic computer skills. Ages 15 and older (those under 18 need guardian consent). Time Commitment: We recommend dedicating 1 hour each week, with a fully flexible schedule.
