The Position Napa County's Office of Emergency is seeking a Secretary for the Office of Emergency Services who will perform a variety of specialized and complex secretarial duties; and to coordinate clerical support functions. The Secretary for the Office of Emergency Services plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a department dedicated to public safety and emergency preparedness. This position provides administrative and clerical support to staff, ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and documentation. Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, maintaining physical and digital records, processing invoices, and assisting with other daily clerical tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
