Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Warranty Administrator for our well-established customer in the Buford, GA area. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing, processing, and tracking all warranty claims related to the company's electrical components and products. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely submissions, and effective communication between customers, internal teams, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with technical product information. Temp to hire- Full time hours 8A-5P Monday thru Friday Fully onsite in Buford, GA Pay range $18-$21 Key Responsibilities Warranty Processing & Claims Management Review, validate, and process warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain accurate records of claim submissions, approvals, denials, and reimbursements. Coordinate return materials authorization (RMA) processes, including issuing numbers, tracking returns, and ensuring proper disposition of components. Evaluate claim documentation (inspection reports, customer details, product serial numbers, photos, etc.) for completeness and accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty questions, claim status, and policy clarification. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and customer service teams to investigate product failures and determine warranty eligibility. Communicate claim outcomes and provide guidance to customers and distributors. Maintain detailed warranty files and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Prepare detailed reports on claim trends, failure patterns, and cost analysis for management review. Assist in developing and updating warranty policies, procedures, and process improvements. Interpret technical product specifications, installation requirements, and inspection results to assess warranty claims. Work with technical teams to understand component failures and product revisions impacting warranty coverage. Qualifications/Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in warranty administration, technical customer service, or related roles (manufacturing or electrical components preferred). Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Ability to understand technical product information and interpret inspection or test results. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency with warranty management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in electrical manufacturing, electronics distribution, or components engineering environments.
