Maintenance Plan Coordinator The Maintenance Plan Coordinator is responsible for all the aspects of the Maintenance Clubs that Aquarius offers. This position is responsible for walk in customers and counter sales. It also is a backup for the CSRs. Perform and produce based on company core values. Core Roles & Responsibilities include the following: Information control (field) Customer engagement Troubleshoot plan issues Invoice corrections/Maintenance Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Strategic Work: This position handles calls from customers projecting a professional image. Utilizes customer service training to educate and to establish rapport and assist customers in a service plan that works best for them. Runs the monthly reports and sends K-Club & A-Club postcards. Checks in new warehouse inventory. Tactical Work: Is able to do the math in order to give a customer the approximate cost of their needs. Assists with customer calls concerning K-Clubs and A-Clubs plans. Assists walk in customers. Runs the petty cash report. Pulls paperwork and requisitions for water treatment installs. Opens jobs and calls customers on the Clubs to schedule their next visit. Places calls on the schedules of the K-Club & A- Club techs. Processes Club contracts, entering agreements in SW and HPS. Maintains office supplies and organization of the office. Provides backup for CSRs. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is expected Competencies for Success: Attention to detail - Ensures information is complete and accurate; follows up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled. Uses knowledge and understanding of the data inaccuracies resolving discrepancies. Communication - The ability, through both verbal and written methods, to provide concise, timely, and accurate information, internally (Employees) and externally. (Vendors, Manufacturer's, customers). Customer Focus - Focused on Customers, building trust and providing exceptional Service and Support. Genuine concern for customer needs and providing solutions. Individual Efficiency - Effectively manages time and resources to ensure that individual work is completed efficiently. Productivity - Manages workload, works efficiently, meets goals and objectives. Qualifications: Is able to keyboard 50 words per minute. Is detail oriented. Is able to count and report petty cash drawer accurately and timely. Is able to speak and understand English well enough to communicate well with customers and staff. Is able to read English well enough to understand pamphlets, business journals, new and/or updated equipment info, etc. Is able to do required tasks in a timely manner. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma A minimum of two years' experience including hands on training and or work in telephone sales and or dispatch is preferred. This individual must be willing to pursue and participate in continuing education. Language Skills: Must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare reports. Must be able to speak English well enough to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, managers, co-workers, and the public. Must be able to speak clearly on the phone, sometimes for long periods of time. Skills and Reasoning Ability: Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation Must be capable of applying sound business practices to all decisions. Must be able to write legible for contracts and reports. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with and will be stressful. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position works inside.
