Fixed Operations Warranty Administrator The Fixed Operations Warranty Administrator will support Mazda & Ford by closing out warranty repair orders, submitting all warranty claims, processing warranty payments, and maintaining accounts within the Dealer Management System. Daily: Close warranty repair orders for Mazda & Ford Submit warranty claims to Mazda & Ford Post warranty payments for Mazda & Ford in DMS Weekly: Review open RO report and ensure they are closed in a timely manner Review accounts within DMS Monthly: One on One with Fixed Operations Team Lead Month-End: Ensure all open RO's that can be closed for the month, are closed Quarterly: Review accounts with Fixed Operations Team Lead Year-End: Review all accounts by end of January to ensure they are ready for audit If any 12th month adjusting entries need to be completed, this needs to be communicated to Fixed Operations Team Lead by Dec 31st. Ensure account transaction descriptions and supporting documentation for bodyshop accounts are saved to the M drive for December GL Other Responsibilities: Maintain the integrity of the FTC regulations Complies with the employee handbook, company, & departmental policies Cross training Organizing and maintaining paperwork Job Requirements: Strong analytical skills and a sense of urgency Previous automotive accounting experience preferred, but not necessary. Team player focused on efficiency and accuracy.
