This position involves a mix of material handling, production support, and housekeeping tasks. Candidates with forklift experience are strongly preferred. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, accuracy, and consistent routines. Key Responsibilities Weigh and grade powder materials accurately - Ensure precise measurements and correct batch preparation to support the manufacturing process. Load and unload mills or blending equipment - Assist with powder mixing operations in the dry room. Operate material-handling equipment - May include chains, hoists, tuggers, ladders, and other equipment following all safety standards. General cleaning and housekeeping - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the dry room. Strict safety compliance - Wear required PPE, follow all safety rules, and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. Support production as needed - Assist operators, maintain equipment readiness, and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
