Nesco Resource is currently looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Office Manager to oversee daily administrative functions. This role is essential to maintaining an organized office environment and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for clients while providing direct support to the financial advisor. Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm Pay: $20.00 to $24.00/HR (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities: Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming office atmosphere Oversee appointment scheduling, calendar management, and client confirmations Coordinate meetings, phone calls, and ongoing client communications Organize and prepare client documentation prior to appointments Accurately maintain and update client records and files Provide administrative assistance to the financial advisor, including special projects Help streamline office procedures to improve workflow and overall efficiency Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Professional, client-focused attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Previous experience in office management or financial services is preferred Apply today!
