Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by providing product information, processing orders accurately, resolving order issues, and building strong, lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and process customer orders, track order status, and expedite as needed to ensure on-time delivery Communicate regularly with existing customers to understand needs and maintain strong relationships Support new and existing accounts through proactive outreach and follow-up Assist with customer retention and growth through excellent service and relationship management Present products effectively, including upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Work closely with sales representatives and Regional Sales Managers regarding orders, opportunities, and issues Follow up on lost or dormant accounts to reactivate business Qualify customer RFQs, ensure accuracy, and coordinate handoff to shipping Prepare and send quotations to customers as needed Maintain accurate customer and contact information Support business development activities such as mailings, samples, and follow-up calls Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree with 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient typing and solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team Experience with ERP systems preferred (IQMS a plus) Why Join Us Stable, professional work environment Opportunity to build strong customer relationships Collaborative team culture with room to grow Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday Location: In-office Apply today to be part of a customer-focused team where quality and service matter.
