Job Title: Marketing Production Specialist Job Type:4 month Contract with potential for full-time conversion Location: Columbus, OH Pay Rate: $26.92/hr to $ 35.10/hr JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for driving the workflow process of production and delivery of theme props for stores that bring the brand story to life. They work closely with external vendors to deliver quality products and ensure timely delivery on all projects. Works collaboratively with marketing operations, store operations, procurement, creative, and store design and sourcing. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Work directly with external vendors on all areas of production, including communicating clear expectations, developing project timelines, executing quality checks, conduct factory visits when necessary -Responsible for providing all prop allocation information to vendors and logistics partners to ensure accurate delivery to stores -Collaborate/consult with creative and procurement partners on print production processes to ensure efficiencies are maximized. -Collaborate with the Visual Communications team to inform store execution direction -Communicate Prop specifications and logistics details, related to in-store timing, to Store Operations partners -Maintain all internal primary prop data and tools -Collaborate with Procurement partners on a bi-weekly basis to review the prop inventory position that informs real estate stores and prop replenishment -Channel and action store requests related to props, including all Home Office requests -Maintain all primary prop specifications and historical information -Maintain team calendar to ensure all team milestones are captured, communicated, and met -Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries for arrival in the distribution center and in-store QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: "-1-3 years project management experience preferred; retail experience a plus -Familiarity with print production, manufacturing, and quality control processes a plus -Ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple projects simultaneously -Ability to drive process in a fast-paced environment -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Proactively problem-solve and recommend solutions -Excel / Word / Power Point, In Design and FileMaker Pro experience is helpful -Ability to lift large packages, often up to 50lbs" ABOUT US: Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
