OverviewMAINTENANCE LEADLOCATION: TASTEFUL SHIFT: NIGHT About the Opportunity: Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead responsible to meeting daily and weekly Maintenance and safety objectives. They will oversee, facilitate, and assist the shift Maintenance personnel as well as assign work and line calls. They will also perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and work on installations, of on equipment and machinery. As well as the facilities / infrastructure according to a set schedule and in emergency and non- emergency situations. This position will be observing all safety regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met, and to maintain the efficient flow of product through the production processes. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONAdditional InfoWhat You Will Need: Experience with maintenance software systems, and/or other industrial related software Strong knowledge about industrial/company equipment and processes Working knowledge of some/all the following: Microsoft Windows software, PLC equipment troubleshooting, other industrial/food mgmt. equipment troubleshooting, Electrical drawings, computer, electronics, electrical, control, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems, OSHA, etc. Flexible availability, reliable transportation and ability to travel when needed Excellent understanding of safety protocols, such as GMPs, lock out tag out and outstanding common sense about safety of employees, product and equipment Able to follow company Policies and able to understand instructions from other coworkers, supervisors and different management in the organizations Ability to operate hand and power tools safely/efficiently as well as common electrical measuring instruments. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
