Warehouse Supervisor Direct Hire | Troy, MI $60,000$65,000 | Straight-Time Overtime Paid A stable specialty distribution company in Troy is hiring a Working Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations inside a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a 50/50 role. You will supervise the team while also working alongside them on the floor. What Youll Own Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking, and fulfillment Assign work and monitor productivity in real time Enforce safety standards and address issues immediately Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading Resolve workflow bottlenecks and maintain inventory accuracy Step in physically when needed to keep operations on schedule Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and layout efficiency This is not an office-based management position. You will lead from the floor. What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse or distribution experience Forklift experience required Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Strong accountability and ability to hold team members to standards Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting Compensation is $60,000$65,000 depending on experience. Straight-time overtime is paid for additional hours worked. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 90 days and 401(k) with company match after one year.
