Job description: The Guest Services team is vital to the success of our property! Working at the front desk places you at the hub of the hotel with perpetual guest interaction, and we are looking for candidates with a passion to serve others! A Guest Services Representative is key to the overall experience of our guests, making the first and last impression of our hotel for all of our guests. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you! You will work 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Night Auditor You’re a wiz at accounting. You arrive in the night for working 11:00pm to 7:00am shifts, dive deep into the books, and reveal anything out of place. You leap to the front desk, attending to guests. And with accurate precision before the sun rises, you draw a clear picture using the night’s data for the new day’s action. Who was that? What you will be doing You will be working two shifts night audit 11:00pm to 7:00am and two shifts 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
