Category Manager, Grocery FoodsLocation: Boca Raton, FL | Corporate Office | RetailGrocery Retail experience required We are seeking a Category Manager to lead a large Center Store Grocery Foods portfoliofocused on longer shelf life perishables, including pastas, sauces, canned goods, condiments, cereals, rice, and nuts. This role owns category strategy, assortment decisions, vendorpartnerships, and full P&L performance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute category strategy and financial plans with full P&L ownership • Manage assortment to meet sales, margin, and inventory targets • Monitor performance and adjust plans to achieve budgeted objectives • Lead vendor negotiations and manage trade terms • Oversee promotional planning and item setup accuracy • Partner with Pricing, Replenishment, and Operations to optimize results • Manage and support a Category Assistant Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on experience in Center Store Grocery Foods required • Must have strong Grocery Retail experience • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience • 5+ years of retail, purchasing, or category management experience • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ability to travel up to 30% • Must be a U.S. citizen
