Job Responsibilities Provide continuous, evidence-based family medicine services for clinic and hospital patients. Manage an assigned patient panel with a focus on quality and patient experience. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to ensure coordinated care. Participate actively in quality improvement, risk management, and policy development related to practitioner services. Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with legal and accreditation standards. Fulfill on-call duties as required and contribute to resolving patient and provider concerns. Engage in community outreach and support organizational goals and values. Education and Experience Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Family Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Licenses and Certifications Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state. DEA certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Skills and Abilities Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills across a broad range of medical conditions.
