Job Title: Production Worker - 700 BuildingJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Worker responsible for the cradle-to-grave manufacturing of magnet wire products in our state-of-the-art 700 building. You will engage in various tasks including material handling, machine operation, and quality assurance. This role involves working with automated systems to manufacture high-quality wire products, ensuring precision and consistency in every step.Responsibilities Handle raw materials to prepare for production. Load the production line by feeding raw wire as required. Interpret specification sheets and set machines accordingly. Operate and troubleshoot machines, ensuring production quality through HMI touchscreen monitoring. Pull in-process enamel samples and document updates manually. Use an overhead crane to move finished spools of wire. Operate a forklift to store finished products in the warehouse. Maintain attention to detail and cleanliness in a near clean-room environment. Essential Skills General labor experience in production settings. Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Quality inspection and assembly line experience. Forklift certification or willingness to train. Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints. Strong communication skills in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work safely and independently. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with heights and taking grated stairs. Open to working 12-hour shifts. Strong tenure at previous employers is preferred. Willingness to clean and maintain the facility.
