Your role will be crucial in making lives simpler and safer through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to provide effective solutions. Managing customer interactions with calmness and professionalism, especially when de-escalating issues. Documenting call information for auditing and reporting. Offering feedback on customer experiences to enhance service quality. Upselling products or services when appropriate. Ideal Candidate Traits Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Preferred experience in customer service (6 months). A minimum age of 18 years. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. High School diploma or GED. Comfort with computer systems and navigating Windows. Strong oral and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Good organizational and prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements: Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps. Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps. No packet loss and a ping under 50ms required.
