Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dedicated healthcare team in the Midwest region. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR). Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care. Education Graduation from an accredited nursing school with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is required. Licensure must be valid for practice within the regional jurisdiction. Experience and Requirements Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families. Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
