Warehouse Operator The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently completing delegated tasks and managing finished goods. This hands-on position involves the proper receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of products while adhering to legal and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator collaborates closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to enhance packaging and shipment specifications and is expected to undertake additional duties as directed. Responsibilities: Efficiently receive and handle materials, inventory, and finished goods. Ensure proper storage and shipment of products to end customers. Adhere to all legal and safety procedures in the warehouse. Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications. Perform additional tasks and activities as directed. Essential Skills: Experience as a Machine Operator, with a focus on Manufacturing and Production. Proficiency in handling plastic materials and operating forklifts and saws. At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to work effectively as part of a team running a production line. Why Work Here? The role operates from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
