Description: As a Catering Delivery Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring our catering operations run smoothly, providing excellent service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing prep sheets for food preparation Completing baking and food preparation tasks Assembling catering food in baskets, trays, and bowls Making deliveries by vehicle or on foot as assigned Preparing and setting up breakfast and lunch orders for the following day Working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) as needed Carrying out clean-up duties and emptying trash as required Secondary Functions: You may also be involved in expo, cashiering, dishwashing, or line cooking as needed, which includes: Maintaining attractive FOH displays and condiment stations Checking and maintaining bathroom cleanliness Bussing tables efficiently Preparing food according to specifications and customer requests Ensuring accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions Organizing food for delivery to guests Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; or currently enrolled in a program to complete it Ability to complete CBC driver training and pass MVR according to CBC standards; must maintain a valid driver's license with insurance State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as required Preferred minimum of 3 months' experience in a guest service role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment Strong guest service and communication skills are essential Must be able to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) are necessary Additional Info: We are an Equal Opportunity / E-Verify Employer, adhering to all Ban the Box and Fair Chance hiring guidelines as per federal and local laws.
