Role Overview - Your Impact as a Strategic Partner and Cultural Leader As the HR Executive, you will report directly to the President and be an integral part of our executive team. Your role will encompass collaborating with production teams to design and execute a comprehensive people strategy that boosts performance and ensures our organization is poised for sustainable growth. You'll lead a dedicated HR team, implement data-driven systems, and cultivate a culture where every employee feels valued and motivated to excel. Key Responsibilities - Areas Where You Will Excel Develop a clear HR vision that aligns with our overall business strategy. Inspire and lead a high-functioning HR team across multiple locations. Establish scalable HR systems and analytical tools for informed workforce decisions. Drive innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain elite manufacturing and technical talent. Create strong leadership pipelines through mentoring, training, and career advancement opportunities. Work with executives to embed a culture of accountability and engagement. Oversee change management initiatives to keep the organization agile and competitive. Ensure strict compliance and excellent labor relations management. Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion as core elements of our innovative approach. The Ideal Candidate 10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in the manufacturing sector (with at least 250+ employees), including 5+ years in senior management. Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that yield measurable business outcomes. Ability to engage effectively with all organization levels, from frontline employees to senior executives. Strong strategic mindset with data-driven problem-solving capabilities. Experience in building and managing diverse HR teams. Demonstrated success in developing internal talent and fostering high-performance cultures. Adept at navigating complex operational environments.
