We are hiring! Here at South Lincs, we are looking for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join our team to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months. As a student nurse you will support the nursing and vet team with: Holding animals for examination and procedures Caring for animals in kennels including feeding, grooming and giving medications appropriate to training level Helping to take and process blood and other lab samples Assisting with preparing animals for surgery and monitoring anaesthetics, appropriate to training level Cleaning and sterilising instruments Cleaning clinical areas Spending some time on reception About the rota This is a full-time role working 43.73 hours per week to include 1:5 weekend days and 1:18 weekend nights.
