This role partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to guide care delivery, develop teams, and support branch performance across quality, people, and outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee all clinical care services and personnelProvide clinical guidance and support to Patient Services Coordinators and Clinical Care ManagersEnsure patient care plans are developed, implemented, and updated appropriatelyOversee clinical documentation and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standardsConduct performance evaluations and support clinician developmentManage staffing, scheduling, and personnel assignmentsPartner with leadership on budget planning, census trends, and operational performanceSupport hiring, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education of clinical staffDrive quality improvement, productivity, and safe care deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare community What You Bring Active RN or licensed therapist with current state licensureGraduate of an accredited program in your disciplineLeadership or management experience in home health or a related healthcare setting (preferred)Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of regulatory requirementsAbility to lead, coach, and hold teams accountableExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfort working with operational metrics, budgets, and performance data
