Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate seamlessly with a diverse project team, including engineers, VDC (BIM) designers, schedulers, field foremen, clients, and subcontractors. Utilize your expertise to manage material ordering, subcontracting, billing, RFIs, change orders, and submittals effectively. Supervise fabrication shop work packages while ensuring thorough knowledge of detail drawing reviews, material take-offs, buyouts, and fabrication budgeting. Work with the Safety Department to evaluate and mitigate project risks, adhering to all safety regulations. Proactively plan, solve challenges, and guarantee contract compliance, while collaborating with the Senior Project Manager for mentorship. Your Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer. Willingness to travel and adhere to a travel schedule. Diverse project experience, showcasing adaptability across various sectors including higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial projects. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Familiarity with energy codes and project specifications.
