As a Team Leader, you will be an essential part of our bakery-cafe's leadership team, contributing to smooth operations, team development, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Your Responsibilities Include: Ensuring every guest experiences delight through quality food, service, and staff interactions. Building engaging relationships that foster long-term loyalty among guests. Leading and developing team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction—celebrating achievements along the way. Participating in the hiring and selection process. Training the team in food safety standards and ensuring compliance. Contributing to our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. This Role Is Perfect for You If: You are at least 18 years old. You have 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. You possess a proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment. You have a ServSafe certification or can obtain one. You are flexible with hours, including nights and weekends, and can adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic setting. Any job offer for this position is contingent upon the outcomes of a background check. While performing this role, the Team Leader will regularly need to: Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Communicate clearly and understand guest and associate directions in a loud environment.
