In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Applicants must be able to work directly on W2. Skill 1 - 100% or must needed with X years of minimum experience. Skill 2 - 100% or must needed with X years of minimum experience. Skill 3 - 100% or must needed with X years of minimum experience. Prior experience with client's industry is a must for this position. Education Level - Bachelor's Degree is mandatory in the field of Computer Science. Preferred Skills & QualificationsDay-to-Day Responsibilities Serve as the central point of coordination across various teams including Cybersecurity SMEs, GenAI and ML engineering teams, Full-Stack engineering teams, Enterprise architecture, Risk, compliance, policy, and governance teams, Platform, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. Ensure all teams have the necessary context, requirements, and decision clarity to operate efficiently. Prepare executive updates, steering-committee artifacts, progress dashboards, and risk/issue summaries. Facilitate discussions with senior technology leaders, cybersecurity executives, and AI governance stakeholders. Translate complex technical and security concepts into clear business-aligned messaging for leadership. Ensure the program complies with internal cybersecurity requirements, model governance standards, and AI-risk management controls.
