What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service during the check-in and checkout processes. Inquire about technology issues through thoughtful questioning, active listening, and detailed note-taking, ensuring you provide accurate time estimates for follow-ups. Assist customers in setting up new devices and offer guidance on repair or replacement options for older devices. Keep an eye on service queues and provide status updates to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. Enhance your skills through certified training programs, keeping your knowledge current. Communicate effectively and collaborate with fellow agents to provide seamless service. Basic Qualifications At least 3 months of experience in retail or customer service. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications A genuine passion for technology with a strong desire to solve problems.
