Assist in the turnover process of apartments. Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping as necessary. Conduct light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks in apartments. Repair appliances to ensure resident satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer service. Handle snow removal responsibilities as required. Requirements: Prior residential maintenance experience is advantageous. Reliable working cell phone. Strong customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Driver's License and dependable transportation.
